A simple step-by-step guide to how Digital MCs (DigiMC) work—from receiving one after your doctor's consultation, to unlocking it with your date of birth, to forwarding it to your employer or HR department.

Step 1

After a consultation, your doctor issues you a digital MC through their digital portal.

Step 2

You will receive an SMS containing a link to the digital MC. When you open the link, key in your DOB to unlock your digital MC.

Step 3

Forward the URL to your Employer or Company HR department. If your employer has queries, check out our FAQ.
